Knowing a little about what is going to happen — what you may see, who you may meet and what a procedure might involve — can make the experience feel less daunting.
The videos are designed to complement the information given by your own healthcare team. They can be watched before an appointment or procedure, revisited afterwards, or shared with a child or young person at a time that feels right for them.
